1. in the doghouse

- in disfavor or grace

- i.e.) the project was not finished in time and the manager treated the computer technician as if he were in the doghouse

- i.e.) He then actually undercut her at one point on that. but she was never in the doghouse the way, sya, Rex Tillerson was or H.R. McMaster and so forth.

2. it's a gold mine

- very valuable

- i.e.) that new stock turned out to be a gold mine

 

3. it's a rip-off

- act of exploitation; a project or service that is overpriced or of poor quality

- i.e.) I bought the new protection plan which turned out to be a rip-off

 

 

4. it's a steal

- a bargain

- i.e.) the department store featured 50% of all of its merchandise over the weekend. It's a steal!

5. keep everyone on their toes (긴장을 늦추지않다)

- alert; energetic

- i.e.) the new supervisor liked to keep everyone on their toes to increase work production

- i.e.) you do keep me on my toes (제가 방심할 수 없게 하네요)
